    Telephone Technical Support
    Your call will be returned within two hours (from 9:00 to 5:00 central time). If your call is received after 3:00pm central time, you are guaranteed a return call before 10:00am the following day. If your call is not returned in this time frame, then no time will be deducted from your available time.

    $3.00 per minute — Minimum charge of $45.00

    This option is best for those who feel that their QuickBooks problem can be resolved with a short call and will require less than 2 hours of QuickBooks assistance in the next year. On weekends and after hours, the charge is $4 per minute, with a minimum charge of $60.
