    • Class Locations: Normally a local Hampton Inn or Ramada Inn, but is subject to change. Both are across from our main office, off of Causeway Blvd and Veterans Blvd.

    • Registration starts at 8:00 am and the seminar starts at promptly at 8:30 am
    • Laptop computers are available for rent if "hands-on" training is desired, or you can bring your own.
    • Cancellation fee - $35 per attendee who cancels within two weeks of seminar.
    Note - Our seminars are conducted by providing a live demonstration of the software using a computer and high-resolution projector. We do not provide students with computers. Years of training people on accounting software has proven to us that a live demonstration of the software is the most effective means of classroom training. It allows students to focus on the subject being taught, encourages students to ask questions and allows them to take notes. By using this method of training, we cover more material which in turn gives you more education for your investment. If you feel that you would like to have a computer, we encourage you to bring your own notebook computer, or you can rent one of ours.

    This one-day workshop will help QuickBooks users who are just getting started and those who want to know if their QuickBooks Accounting software is properly setup. It is also helpful for those who are interested in setting up new features in the QuickBooks Accounting program that is not currently being used. This class is also designed to help you learn more about processing transactions and how they affect the general ledger and the financial statements of the business.

    This one-day workshop will teach you tips and trick, how to handle tricky transactions, how to perform month-end and year-end processing. You'll also learn how to understand the general ledger and important financial reports. This class will help you take your accounting and software skills to the next level.
